Financial support for PCRC programs comes from cities, the county, foundations and private donors as well as from the Dispute Resolution Trust Fund which is funded by a surcharge applied to civil court filing fees. Fees are charged for some PCRC services. The annual PCRC budget is about $1.5 million.

In addition to nearly 200 volunteers who donate their time and talents, we depend on contributions from businesses and individuals to support the various programs.
