Donate to PCRC!

PCRC's work emphasizes:

  • Assets - we identify, acknowledge, leverage and enhance the good work already being done at the school site.

  • Capacity building - we develop the skills and capabilities of the members of the school community to maintain and sustain the work.

  • Partnerships - we work collaboratively with school and community stakeholders.

  • Custom design - we design our services to meet the unique needs of each school site.

PCRC's Whole School Approach

Our vision for building caring and collaborative school communities involves adressing each school's individual needs in a comprehensive and sustainable way. This "Whole School" approach involves training at all levels of the school community (student, staff, and parents) with additional support through consultation, on-going coaching, evaluation and follow-up. Schools which partner with PCRC will experience a deep and broad shift in their school climate, enabling student success and a flourishing school community.

PCRC would like to give credit to Community Boards of San Francisco (www.communityboards.org) for originally developing the"Whole School Conflict Resolution" model and for their pioneering efforts in conflict resolution education.
