Mediation& Facilitation Briefing:
During conflict we often do not give each other the chance to say what is really most important.  When we create opportunities for contrasting ideas and competing interests to be heard through Mediation and Facilitation we get a better result.  At this Community Briefing, attendees will learn how mediation and facilitation restores power to the parties to efficiently resolve disputes, improve communication and repair relationships in a variety of settings, as well as ways to utilize and advocate for this alternative
