Thomasina Countess Russaw

Thomasina Countess Russaw is the Director Initiatives, Children, Youth and Families for the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.  In her role, Thomasina oversees the largest youth and family engagement projects including: Student Engagement, Student Leadership Development, Youth and Family Empowerment. Thomasina, a Los Angeles native, has been a servant to the needs of the community for nearly 20 years.  With a double M.A. degree in Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Peacebuilding and Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Community Psychology. Her ability to utilize her organizing and advocacy skills from a neutral perspective has been a unique thread throughout her work when facilitating these efforts in her youth, family and community building projects.
